I've been mostly ignoring all the mockery this movie has been getting, mockery based on imbuing yet another household object with menace -- then I saw an ad last night that caught my interest. Two things caught it: 1. Amy Smart is in it, and I like Amy Smart, and 2. It's directed by The Hills Have Eyes and High Tension director, Alexandre Ada. He's two for two, and I think that betters the odds on this one.
First rule of Horrorthon is: watch horror movies. Second rule of Horrorthon is: write about it. Warn us. Tempt us. The one who watches the most movies in 31 days wins. There is no prize.

I didn't realize that The Hills Have Eyes and High Tension were by the same director. No wonder they were both superb. Count me in!
Hey, I posted the trailer a few posts ago and not one response!
I thought you guys didn't like High Tension.
I loved High Tension!
I had some problems with it (as I go into here), but overall it's a good ride.
