I thought this was cute as hell.
Octo kept an eye on the monkey while my mom and I took in WALL-E. It was fantastic. I really loved this short, too. The picture above was close to my very favorite moment, which I wish I could get a framed copy of, when Alec the rabbit opens his mouth, all happy, in anticipation of getting his carrot. It just reminded me sooooo much of Z that it made me want to rush home again, even though this was my second time ever away from kiddo since he's been born! That little open mouth, closed eyes, happy expression is pretty much Z's mealtime face. So cute. Couldn't find that exact pic, though.

The teenager is with Amelia at Wall-E right now.
I made the mistake of telling a 3 1/2y.o. I wanted to take her to see it "soon", which in preschooler means ask Daddy about when you are going every 7-9 minutes, ALL DAY!
I finally just told the teen to take her, lest I snap and throw myself in front of a bus...
