The series continues! Actually there are 7, and then the new remake that just came out.
Kirsty wakes up and finds that she has been brought to Dr. Channard's institution. She tries explaining the whole story from the first movie to the doctor and his associate, but they don't believe her. Channard's associate Kyle, finds out that the doctor is a little bit more interested than he seemed, moving evidence(bloody mattress) from the crime scene to his personal house. He finds out that the doctor has been interested in the Puzzle box and cenobites for years, and that he can bring back Julia, who died on the mattress that was brought to his house. He brings Julia back who shows him the doorway with the help of another institutionalized girl.
Julia before she got her skin back...to its original form!
Dr. Channard has become a cenobite and fights Pinhead for control..
For Leviathan...the abstract god of the labyrinth.

You're hitting some great high notes Abby, but I have to be the geeky Comic Book Guy and mention that there are nine movies total and the remake isn't out yet.
My favorite thing about this movie is how you don't want to be on top of the labyrinth when Leviathan's dark beams sweep by. Great sound design!
so wait, that's hell in that pic down at the bottom? it's so symmetrical.
