I guess in Dr. Strange's world vampire collars are the "in" thing. That "wand" continues to look obscene to me...
I like how Dr. Strange feels the need to defend himself. "The spell would've worked if..." Also I love the expression on the guy on the street. He looks even more bewildered than MJ!
