Here's an invite to check out a new post on I Love Monsters, my other blog that I totally neglect. Jules and I are going to use it to document the goings-on with the new kid, who's due to show up any day now (we've got tix for Indiana Jones at 4:45 today, so we're hoping he holds out that at least that long).
When I named the blog I had no idea Julie would be coming back into my life or that these crazy events would be happening, and yet the title's perfect.

Is it me or has Julie been pregnant for like 3 years? Enough talkety talk - just push the damn thing out already!
(The room looks great!)
I know, how long are you going too milk this for? Are you even really pregnant?
I'm done with work and should be pushing soon. I was supposed to work today, actually, but yesterday was kind of a wild ride and I started feeling like I was going into labor. (I'll spare you the gory details.)
So I decided to stay home again today, and of course, NOTHING is happening. I mean nada. Zilch. No action at all over here. And I am already bored. It took exactly one day of not working for that to happen.
Yesterday it felt like IT. But today it looks like we'll make our 4:45 showing of Indy with no problem at all.
I just know you're going to ruin Indy by going into labor during it (Octo you should stay and finish watching).
I mean, you can have a kid any old time but how often do you get to see a new Indy flick?
Oo, oo! I want to hear the gory detail! Email me...
The room does look great! I can't believe the baby tsunami is almost over!
Ah, the false-labors and long-long waiting, memories.
good luck julie and octo! this is incredibly exciting.
and of course, if you do get through the movie, we want your review asap! :)
