I was gonna heap some meh on this because it takes so much of its structure from Say Anything, which isn't a John Hughes movie, but then I realized that was JPX's tag, not the creators'. Silly JPX!
Then I was gonna heap some meh on this because, aside from a couple of moments, it cleaves a bit too close to the original material, making it more of a straight-up imitation (Family Guy does this a lot, because Seth McFarlane just wants to recreate his favorite scenes sometimes).
But then it really made me laugh with the closing FB reference. The last thing he says before the final "Go."
(Btw, the end comes at the 3:30 mark, there's 90 seconds of unrelated links at the end.)
I heartily second everything Octo said! (No, really.) I was a bit annoyed about how the Breakfast Club scenes were exact replicas.
But the last bit made me laugh out loud as well.
