That really is hilarious, what a weirdo! I wonder if he does that in his personal life or if he just did that on set because of how the Trek chairs were designed?
I've heard Jonathan Frakes is a tall dude, so he probably just thinks normal sitting is for other people.
The one where he leaves the chair the same way is a riot.
