Yep, that's pretty darn creepy, but it kind of doesn't make sense. There's nothing supernatural going on in this movie, and I'm pretty sure you can't make a severed head move its eyes and mouth by tickling its neck stump.
Sigh. I guess I'll have to find out for myself.
