Not only with Parker have to deal with the red lean mean killing machine, but Connors is set to become the long awaited LIZARD! these two villains have all been CONFIRMED for Spider-Man 4. I don’t know anything about Carnage, but he’s always seemed like one of Spider-man’s cheesiest, most commercially-motivated villains. Just an excuse for more big toothy maws and squiggly McFarlane-looking tentacles all over the place. Meh.
BUT, a Carnage analog showed up in Ultimate Spider-man and it was actually a damn good story. The Lizard is pretty good, too. I’m glad they’ll actually be playing that hand.
