Here I am chillin in my new crib (and I was actually on the phone with my sister Casey). The move to LA was fairly smooth...I guess the worst thing that happened was a bunch of Q-tips fell out in the street when I opened the truck. Nevertheless, an exhausting affair and I'm glad it's over. Thanks to Natalie and Julie and especially Marc for all the help. North Hollywood, baby!

an enormous dark orange ball. cripes, it was huge.
it briefly disappeared behind a low sheet of clouds, then reemerged moments later, streaked with thick black from the clouds.
