Lions for Lambs looks like serious fare
From worstpreviews, Here is a very serious poster for the upcoming drama "Lions for Lambs." It features the faces of the three main characters; Tom Cruise, Meryl Streep and Robert Redford, who is also directing this film. The tagline states "If you don't stand for something, you might fall for everything." How profound.
"Lions for Lambs" consists of three interconnected storylines: Cruise as a congressman who interacts with a journalist (Streep); Redford as an idealistic professor who attempts to inspire a privileged student in his class; and a third storyline about a pair of American soldiers wounded in enemy territory, one of whom is Redford's former student.
Just two days ago, we got the full trailer for the film. I suggest watching it to get a better idea of what this is all about. "Lions for Lambs" is scheduled to hit theaters on November 9th, just in time for the Oscars.
If you feel like it (I didn't) you can see the trailer here, http://www.worstpreviews.com/trailer.php?id=654&item=3http://www.worstpreviews.com/trailer.php?id=654&item=3

As much as I dig Redford and Streep, the other one just bugs me so much now I don't know if I can bring myself to see anything he is in.
I think it looks cool. As usual, the snide tone of the post pisses me off no end. If you don't like this kind of movie, why don't you go do something else? (Addressed to the CHUD guy of course.)
