The Kingpin looks like he has gained weight since the beginning of the story - he looks like a bald Governor Chris Christie (or any other bloated republican for that matter).
Ahhh yes, today we were treated to a brief reprieve from DD & Spidey's chummy backslapping and get to spend the day with the trash talking villain. More fat man please!
I don't see the connection between Kingpin and Christie aside from their chunkiness.
