From collider, If you’re a fan of Lego and The Simpsons, start saving your money. That’s because later this year, Lego will be releasing playsets and minifigures based on the popular cartoon, and if they sell, you can expect plenty of additional ways for Lego to get your money.
With the first Simpsons playset, The Simpsons House, being released in April, a picture of the set has leaked online. While many collectors wondered about the size and price point, the box reveals it’s 2,523 pieces and it comes with six minifigures (Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie, and Ned Flanders), which means it should range between $150-$200 retail. Hit the jump to check out the set.
As you can see in the picture below, Lego looks like they did a great job with The Simpsons house. If you look close at the small picture on the upper right side, you can see the house opens up so you’ll be able to get a great view of the individual rooms.
As a big fan of Lego, and someone that spent part of Christmas break building some of their recent releases, I can’t wait to own this set.

Oooooh. Dang. Dangity dang dang.
That tan looks too drab for the house, but I guess it's accurate. But what I really mean to say is:
Me want too.
If he sees it - which I will try to prevent as long as I can - Jake will want one too!
Doesn't that price seem low? I thought $0.10 per piece was the average rate to try and beat.
