Whenever I see "comment deleted" I become paranoid and think, 'I bet it said "JPX sucks!"'
I told you guys.
That monster (or, just the motionless costume on a wooden stand) shows up in another episode ("The Squire of Gothos") implying that Trelane, that episode's villian, killed and stuffed one of those salt monsters. Kind of like the Alien skull showing up amongst the trophies in Predator 2 (ugh).
Or Freddy Krueger's hand picking up Jason's mask at the end of one of the Friday the 13th films.
What other films blended franchises in that manner?
