Gnasty! I hope the guy caught the kid's reaction on his camcorder; maybe he'll put on some pants.
As difficult as it is for me to imagine wanting to walk around in public naked, it's even more difficult to imagine doing it while wearing a backpack. I feel like that addition would kind of wreck the experience.
Notice how I didn't use the word "hard" in the previous paragraph.
