Kingpin's plan is needlessly complicated. How was he able to plan any of this, did he know that Spider-Man would be in San Francisco? What was his plan if Spider-Man wasn't there? Where's M.J.? Peter hates her.
Also - Spidey really doesn't notice the hovering head of Kingpin?! Jerk.
