Spidey is running away, but what could he do anyway? He can't hurt Jameson, because... 1) hurting him would be bad for his reputation. 2) Jameson isn't really a bad guy 3) He can't harm Jameson's Iron Man suit. Maybe running away is the best choise for Spidey after all.
Btw Octo, you're right. Iron Jonah Is a vigilante, but he doesn't seems to realize it.
