From geekology, This guy built a homemade Terminator out of some random junk. Although it doesn't really look like a Terminator, so it's really more of a robotic junk person than anything. I think it takes a little more than gluing pieces of metal together to be considered a Terminator. Traveling back in time and wearing Arnold Schwarzenegger's skin helps.

Homemade Terminator
From geekology, This guy built a homemade Terminator out of some random junk. Although it doesn't really look like a Terminator, so it's really more of a robotic junk person than anything. I think it takes a little more than gluing pieces of metal together to be considered a Terminator. Traveling back in time and wearing Arnold Schwarzenegger's skin helps.

They're right, that thing's no Terminator. I've got the proper specs for one of those right here:
"You still don't get it. He'll find her. That's what he does. That's all he does...You can't stop him! He'll wade through you, reach down her throat, and pull her fucking heart out!"
And then there's an illustration of a TV with a frozen, yelling face on it.
