Hilarious! I love the past few strips of Spider-Man running, it reminds me of 'The Holy Grail' for some reason. Spider-Man will do whatever he can to get away from M.J. There was no reason for him to 'run' to the prison.
If I didn't know any better I'd say that Peter is passing gas in the 2nd panel.
