Peter is such a narcissist. He even speaks about himself in the third person. Why does he feel the need to deal with every crime that occurs? Why not stay home with M.J. and say, "Fuck it, let Iron Man handle it"?
I like how Doc Ock's tentacles look as if they are still performing the Prison Dance Off in the background.

@JPX, I doubt Iron Man would stop Doc Ock 'cause he's too busy to attend his meeting with the Avengers.
