Where does that come from? It's hilarious!
It's Legion of Super Heroes, the DC comic that takes place 1000 years in the future. The title is old; it started in the 60's with the three kids you see sitting at that table. This story, however, was actually written in the 80's in the Secret Origins series. So Arm-Fall-Off-Boy was invented in the 80's but for the 60's milieu and in 60's style.
