One of the henchmen has a gun - if it's Kingpin's goal to unmask our heroes and then shoot them, what is he waiting for? As usual Kingpin goes about things in the most complicated manner possible. Also, why are our heroes just standing there like two rubes?

Ugh. The setup was perfect and all they needed to do was show 3 panels of Spidey & Daredevil beating the piss out of the goons. Instead we get... a shin kick.
