First rule of Horrorthon is: watch horror movies. Second rule of Horrorthon is: write about it. Warn us. Tempt us. The one who watches the most movies in 31 days wins. There is no prize.
I haven't played too many contemporary racing video games, but DCD's got a PS2 game in her house called Kinetica. Instead of cars you drive these amime-looking racing suits, most of the tracks are in neon futuristic cities (or suspended high above them) and gravity has no sway as you race your opponents up the side of buildings and over upside-down tracks.
They seem to be going for the same video game glitz here, not remotely realistic but, in my opinion, TOTALLY AWESOME.
Come on! The Wachowski brothers doing something with bright candy colors everywhere, fast kinetic music and the deep bass rumble of race car engines? This could rule.
