Seriously, if you keep looking at panel 1 and panel 2 you realize there is no way that DD and Spider-Man can be in that room. Based on the position of the cop and the angle of the door the cop is standing next to just where are the boys standing?

If he was back and to the left you wouldn't be able to see the cop or that door - certainly not at that angle.
Imagine how painful it would be to be handcuffed with a broken hand!
