What's more amazing than anything about Spider-Man is that Peter and MJ live in a New York apartment and they're able to keep one closet entirely empty for Peter's costume.
I was going to say the exact same thing! His costume looks a little sad hanging there all by itself. Wouldn't you hide the costume?
