I love the swan dive on the 2nd panel. It reminds me that it must be so much fun to have Spider-Man's powers. I also get slightly fired up every time they show or mention something in San Francisco. Ghiradelli Square - I've been there!
Still, I could do without the crotch shot in the 4th panel...
His logic is bit tenuous too. Why exactly would this mugging lead to the Kingpin?
