Ok, let's dig in shall we? 1) That's the 2nd time Peter called Daredevil "Horn-Head". He shouldn't let Spidey disrespect him like that. 2) The missile still looks like it is heading in the general direction of buildings and could possibly kills hundreds of people depending its potency.3) To recap the entire storyline - Spider-Man goes to SF where he helps Daredevil defeat a missile launched by Kingpin by confusing it with DD's "radar sense" and his own "spider aura". 4) The hand on the shoulder.
Dang it, two panels again, is this the new norm?
Another thing that's been bothering me is the fact that there were 17 panels of interaction between Spidey & DD before he found out about the missile. Instead of punching his armpit and kicking him while spouting vague sentences such as "Get away from me now!" and "I don't want your help!", Daredevil could have easily said "a missile is chasing me!"
The crowning cherry on that sundae of annoyance is what Daredevil says when Spidey finally gets a moment to say wtf: "I don't have to tell you why, because you can see for yourself! A missile -- headed this way!"Seeing as my beloved Missile is probably going to explode tomorrow, I mourn the week we spent ignorant of its existence when it was apparently right behind those two doofuses.
Ok, here is everything Daredevil said to Spider-Man all at once: “Spider-Man! What are you doing here? No! Get away from me! NOW! *punches armpit* I told you – get out of here! I don’t want your help! *kicks him in the chest* Let go of me you nutcase! I told you – Get away from me! You don’t understand, wall-crawler. It’s not you that’s poison… It’s me!! I don’t have to tell you why… Because you can see for yourself! *points at missile*” He could have simply said:"Stay clear Spider-Man, I'm being chased by an energy seeking missile!!"
