Creepy indeed! I imagine that being played in the background of some Silence of the Lambs style chamber while the victim is getting sodomized.

I was thinking before I watched this that almost any music or sound can be rendered creepy by slowing it down, but this did indeed have a little something extra. During the "lovely lady" and "man named Brady" segments, the way the parents' gaze lingers on each child extra long seems filled with malign purpose. Eesh!
