Ok, Peter is being a total nuisance (he should be a mosquito instead of a spider), but in his defense DD could say something like, "I'm working on something and I have it under control - now please leave me alone!"
I agree, Spider-Man couldn't be more annoying if he tried (and I LOVE that DD kicked him, he soooo deserved it) but Daredevil needs to work on his communication skills. "Spidey, please trust me and meet me down in the alley in 2 minutes. I know what I'm doing. I'm in the midst of stopping Kingpin and time is of the essence." Is that so hard?
At this point it's a rather hilariously severe case of cognitive dissonance. I mean, he gets kicked in the gut (excuse me... "kikked") and he just takes it as MORE of a reason to stick his nose in.
