From filmstalker, I've just comes across this hilarious fan film for Die Hard where it has been set in the era of silent films and so we're talking cue cards, scratchy film, piano playing. Oh it's fantastic.
Although some of the cards are a bit of a miss at times, there are some hilarious ones, particularly at the end.
There are a lot of fan films out there that so often miss the point and fail to capture what the original was about as well as bringing their own slant to it, and at the same time be funny or clever.
