‘Jurassic Park 4′ Is Now ‘Jurassic World’ And Will Stomp on June 12, 2015

From latinoreview, "Jurassic Park 4″ was initially what I called the the fourth installment in the Jurassic Park franchise and at one point was set to be released in the summer of 2014. Now Universal Pictures has announced the official title and release date. “Jurassic Park 4″ is now “Jurassic World” and will hit theaters on June 12, 2015, also the film will be shot in 3D.
Colin Trevorrow will direct the project from a screenplay he co-wrote with Derek Connolly.
Back in May Universal said that in coordination with filmmakers, they had decided to release Jurassic Park 4 at a later date giving the studio and filmmakers adequate time to bring audiences the best possible version of the fourth installment in Universal’s beloved franchise. So basically they wanted to give executive producer Steven Spielberg time to give his notes and input.
Universal will now go into casting the film, at one point the studio was looking at Bryce Dallas Howard, David Oyelowo and Garrett Hedlund to star but then came the postponement. Will they still be the studios choices? Maybe.
Plot details have not been released.
Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are producing.

"Plot details have not been released?" Isn't it obvious? Humanity will be the edible slaves for a dominant race of superintelligent Velociraptors who will wear vests and monacles. It's all right there in the title.
