Wow, I NEVER knew that the Family Guy bit came from Shatner, how wonderfully obscure!!! It's great to watch them one after the other because it makes you appreciate how well the source material was being parodied, unless the sounce material was a parody?
Too close to tell. What I really wonder is how they knew about this clip anyhow...didn't they do this Stewie riff before YouTube existed? I actually wonder if a FG writer said "I remember this crazy thing I saw William Shatner do one time" and they tracked it down.
