From the Octopunk Has Bizarre Memory department: Remember our recent discussion of The Girl, The Gold Watch, and Everything? At the very end of that Pam Dawber reads the Latin saying on the inside of the watch and asks Robert Hays what it means, and it means "time waits for one man," which is a play on the real saying "time waits for no man."
I'd be psyched if this is some weird time travel cowboy thing. More psyched than by a regular cowboy thing.
Sorry to bust your "weird time travel" bubble Octo, but "3:10 to Yuma" ain't nothing but a remake of a 1957 western. (On the bright side, it IS based on a Elmore Leonard short story, and doesn't seem to involve John Travolta in any way....)
Elmore Leonard totally makes up for lack of time travel, and no John Travolta is icing on the cake. I'm there.
