From usatoday, John Anderson called Russell Tavares a "nerd" while they were chatting on the Internet. In response, the Waco Tribune-Herald says the 25-year-old sailor drove from Virginia to Texas and burned down his taunter's trailer.“There was no real fight other than I called him a nerd,” Anderson, 59, tells the Tribune-Herald. “And then he said he was going to kill me.”
The fire gutted Anderson's mobile home. KCEN-TV says Tavares pleaded guilty to arson and was sentenced this week to seven years in state prison.
