In addition to using the Australian film crew and special effects companies, he is also planning to hire an Australian director for one of the movies. He declined to say which director, but nineMSN speculates that the job will go to Alex Proyas, who is best known for helming the 2004 Will Smith film "I, Robot." In addition, the film could possibly be the Silver Surfer spin-off.
I'm not a big fan of the "Fantastic Four" franchise, but the films make money. The original brought in $330 million on a $100 million budget, while the sequel almost doubled its $130 million budget in worldwide ticket sales.
At this point, nothing has been announced, so stay tuned. As far as the "Ghost Rider" sequel, Arad mentioned it was yet to be planned.

That would be cool; I really like his movies, but isn't "we're going to hire an Australian director to film one of our superhero movies" a long way from a specific name and a specific movie?
Well, apparently it's good enough for imdb. I just checked his page to confirm that I like his movies, and Silver Surfer listed as "in talks."
