Mike receives a video link: his junkie friend Chris is holed up in a remote cabin, doing meth, and shooting guns at random. Deeply concerned, he leaves his wife to try to convince Chris to go into rehab. When the initial conversation fails to impress Chris, Mike takes matters into his own hands. As Chris goes into involuntary meth withdrawal, some eerie shit commences, subtly at first, but building towards an inescapable conclusion.
Has anyone else seen this one? I don't want to say too much, but I found it a relatively original indie movie, well-acted and tension-filled, with touches of dark humor throughout. It's available on streaming Netflix and I'd be very interested in hearing other opinions.
