Marvel just released the brand new Doctor Strange animated film on DVD, and now IESB is reporting that the company will not stop there; the next step is to bring the character to the big screen.
The new live-action adaptation is currently in the works and Marvel has already started looking for partners and pitching the idea to potential directors.
Dr. Stephen Vincent Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme of the Marvel Universe, responsible for defending it from mystic threats. I guess I should sum up my opinions of the respective supernatural worlds of the DC and Marvel Universes in the traditional way: The Sandman could kick Dr. Strange's ass.
