There's a detail in John Steinbeck's book Cannery Row that I'm fond of, about how one hobo's hat has two holes in it, indicating that it was once worn by a horse.
That hat looks like it belongs to a horse.
Knowing Kenner it was probably taken from one of their other toys.
One with a huge-ass head.
