From iwatchstuff, Seeing these first shots of Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth in Wolverine, I was at an utter and complete loss as to how I could possibly work an effective pun into the headline. Fortunately, Page Six was kind enough to supply the headline "Liev Nails His Role," cleverly drawing attention to the artificial nails he's wearing for the role while also highlighting his acting ability. I probably would have gone with something like "Get Ready For Your Next Shot, Liev--Looks Like You Already Took a Few!" or "Schreiber Shows His Acting Chops--Muttonchops, That Is!" and I would have sounded really stupid.

Sabretooth might actually be the perfect role for that miserable bastard.
He looks like Randy Quaid's character from the Vacation films.
And we all know what a jerk Randy Quaid turned out to be.
I'm pretty "meh" about Sabretooth. There's an ish of Ultimate X-men in which it turns out Sabe's gotten implanted adamantium claws just like Woverine (except he's got four in each hand), and Wolvy says "Wow, claws. That's sure to dispel the rumors that you're a Hong Kong knockoff of me."
That says it best.
That's great. You'll all recall, of course, that Sabretooth first appeared in Iron Fist #14. I always liked him because of my favorite X-Men storyline - the Mutant Massacre. (Consult your local funny book shop for details.)
JPX owns Iron Fist #14 for some reason.
