That image doesn't make me thing of the Hulk rampaging, but rather turning around, seeing that tiny guy standing there, and then stuffing that guy in his pants, and then running around laughing about how much it sucks for that guy to be rubbing against Hulk butt.
Also, that pic really brings into question the structural integrity of Hulk's pants between transformations. Look how huge they are!
I think it's an hommage to the old Bill Bixby show. But yeah, what kind of pants stretch that much?
