I hope there's a trash can nearby for Wolverine to stuff that guy into.
I love it when a superhero story includes an aside where the "hero" kicks some regular person's ass for attempting a cime. For example, that montage in Robocop where we see him in various regular cop situations dispensing justice. A mugger attempting to rob Wolverine is exactly what I need from this story.
