Topher Grace sounds kind of stupid when he speaks

From SHH, 'Talking to MTV, Topher Grace says Eddie Brock/Venom will have his way with Spidey in Spider-Man 3:

"You like Spider-Man," Topher Grace grinned last week, "but isn't it about time that somebody kicked his ass?" Now, with only six weeks left until the release of "Spider-Man 3," the man who will soon be known as Venom is promising we'll finally see Peter Parker getting pummeled.

"He kicks Spider-Man's ass," Grace grinned, reflecting on his black-suited supervillain. "It was interesting, and it was hard. I had to do a lot of working out, which is very new to me. ... I play a bad guy, so that was a very different experience for me, acting-wise."

Cast alongside series stars Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst and James Franco, the "That '70s Show" star insisted he'll be right there in line with the rest of us come May 4. "I'm the guy that's going to be driving around to theaters opening weekend to watch it," he smiled. "I used to collect the comic books, and I'm pretty geeked out about it."

Spider-Man 3 opens on May 4.'

Poor guy!!!!!!.

I think the Raimi-Venom is a great deception for all that Venom fans. It seems Sam Raimi had an accurate perception about what thing Venom should be for Spiderman Universe. Unfortunately, in its very own creativity, Sam eliminated all the symbolisms that many drawers, despite small changes, knew to preserve.

GREAT WHITE LOGO IN CHEST. Contrast between white and black means danger, “be careful”, poisson. Just look at the nature, any bug with this color pattern is saying “hey, buddy. Stay away”. Instead, Raimi-Venom has a tiny grey spider, barely visible.

GREAT TEETH ALWAYS EXPOSED. This means aggression and violence at extreme and permanent. Is not Venom this, always?. Instead, Raimi-Venom has a couple of big lips covering mostly time tiny teeth. Just look at the production photos. I hope he is smiling or yawning all the movie, that’s will be the only way to see that teeth.

HEIGHT. Size matters. It means power and implicit domination. Instead, Raimi-Venom is almost a dwarf.

GREAT TONGUE. Sadism and cruelty, they are basic in Venom’s personality. If it has, Raimi-Venom doesn’t shows anything like that.

After this, any doubt that Raimi-Venom is a great deception?

Interesting remarks!

I love how they're just skipping ahead to all the good Spidey stuff. That's what you get from the accelerated pace of movies vs. comics. It's like, origin, then green goblin, then doc ock, then venom; just like that. You don't have to wait twenty years.

Somehow they're doing a much better job of this than Batman or X-Men. Batman couldn't because the movies are in such diverse styles, have nearly no continuity, and anyway Tim Burton turns everything into a Dr. Seuess story. X-Men couldn't because there are so many damn mutants that each movie is like some kind of mutant Ocean's Fifteen or something. But Raimi etc. have succeeded in tying the stories together brilliantly, so that we can get a "best of Spidey" retrospective that only takes a few months or years of story time.

That's hilarious.

I'm still trying to figure out what language Anonymous spoke before he started learning English.

Yeah, Topher sounds a bit like a tool there. I'm sure Venom wins the fight, since he sounds so confident.
