Julie and Octo Eat a Grammy
Courtesy of Octo's sister, we stayed at the swank Beverly Hills Hotel the night of the Grammies. Well, the day of the Grammies, really. We got free room service but took off to spend the night at home, due to logistical considerations--getting to work the next day from there would have been a pain. Room service included this free chocolate Grammy award, which we demolished. When we left, we found ourselves surrounded by paparazzi, who all turned to watch us walking down the red carpet--the wrong way. We were the only people leaving the hotel before massive after parties were sure to begin. I try to tell myself that we are really the cool ones--we had better things to do than try to crash parties full of rock stars. We had to go home and eat ice cream and watch television. We're just so damn cool.

Yay for giant awards made of chocolate! So glad you guys got to spend at least some time there, Jules had mentioned it but I never heard if you made it there or not.
Kewl.
Of course today there's tons of chocolate Oscars in dumpsters all over town.
