Shyamalan's The Happening Trailer; JPX would rather see a "What's Happening" trailer
From moviesonline, M. Night Shyamalan is back! Recently he has been releasing progressively less entertaining flicks since The Signs. But I think The Happening will be his come back flick. He has shown us in the past that he can handle horror pretty well and in this film he has promised us that.
Starring Mark Wahlberg and John Leguizamo the film is about a family on the run from a natural crisis that presents a large-scale threat to humanity. From what I can tell in the trailer it looks like all out madness. Reminds me a lot of the novel "Cell" from Stephen King. The Happening should be in theaters on June 13th.

It looks pretty cool. Very much like CELL, as was pointed out.
I haven't liked any M. Night Shyamalan movies except The Sixth Sense, which I loved. Maybe the whole Lady in the Water fiasco made him into less of a lazy, preening egomaniac. It's certainly plausible.
I'm with you, Jordan, I only liked The Sixth Sense. Lady in the Water was one of the worst films I've ever seen. He needs to stop putting himself into his films, he's not Hitchcock.
I don't think I even have it in me to give him another chance. He should be tarred and feathered for Unbreakable.
Unacceptable is more like it.
Thank God people agree with me about Unbreakable.
As I've mentioned before, every time somebody defends Unbreakable and asks me what I have against it, I say, "He FORGOT he's a superhero."
That shuts them up.
Hey, the trailer was already gone!
I couldn't remember what Unbreakable was about so I just googled it. Suddenly the preview flashed in my mind, and I remember thinking it looked interesting. I'm pretty sure I saw the film, but I can't remember a damn thing about it, so I'll just agree that it was ghastly.
