Executive Koala

(2005)

A human sized koala bear is a manager at a pickle factory. He leads a pretty normal life with friends, coworkers and a human girlfriend. Everything is turned upside down when his girlfriend is found dead. He discovers that due to his frequent blackouts and his missing previous girlfriend he is the prime suspect. He seeks the help of his boss who is a large white rabbit and his human psychiatrist to unlock the secrets of his blackouts. Things don't look good for our furry friend though, his eyes glow red and he becomes an enraged killing machine when he blacks out.

Welcome to 7-11

I thought this review would be best said in pictures. This film is hilarious, friggin' hilarious!

Stop yer cryin' bitch an' get me a beer!

I didn't realize everything was so furry

I swear I didn't know they were your Easter eggs

If Damien Thorn had been a koala

A bear? Really, I hadn't noticed.

Jackie Chan eat your heart out!

Oh come on, you’re making this shit up! There’s no way this is a real movie. I refuse to believe it.

This looks pretty wild! But, could it hold up for 90 minutes? Seems like it would be perfect for an SNL type skit.

It's Japanese. Just say it's Japanese. That explains everything.

I read the first sentence, and I jumped RIGHT to the comments to say precisely what JSP said, in those exact words.

Are you ABSOLUTELY sure, Cat, that you're not hallucinating in front of a blank TV screen?

Consider my jaw dropped :)

I may very well have hallucinated in front of a blank tv screen once or twice but this is not one of those times. Stan, you would love this film BTW.

The "furries" must love this movie. In fact, this whole thing is probably a furry plot.

One of the funniest things in the film is the glowing eyes. It seems like sometimes they malfunction. At one point only one was lit up for awhile. Then they were blinking but one of them was dim and out of sync.
