From moviesonline, A young woman fights for her life against cancer and due to her chemotherapy treatment looses her hair. In an attempt to make her feel more comfortable when going out, her sister innocently gives her a wig. Little do they know, due to a tragic and deadly history, the wig is irrevocably cursed. As the dark and troubling past of the wig unfolds, horrific terrors begin to invade both their lives.

Yep, that's a gross poster, but it isn't making the notion of a cursed wig scary. And neither is that title! "The Wig." Jeez.
