Bit of shameless self-less promotion here, and a link to some info that I hope will influence the eponymous October event: MrsX just wrapped shooting on an indie thriller called Knifepoint, and they've got the street cred of having Fangoria do an online writeup of their exploits.

Pic is of a Fearsome Black Guy about to rape her...but WHO KNOWS WHAT REALLY HAPPENS??? She plays one of two leads, two sisters, one of whom is wheelchair-bound (MrsX). The two sisters are attacked on Christmas Eve by a ferocious gang. Hilarity ensues!
The director, producers and crew were falling all over themselves for the chance to tell me how absolutely awesome she was. I hope you will all watch for it and include it in this year's festivities. Enjoy!

Wow, this is so cool for so many reasons! When I was younger I collected Fangoria for years. Before the internet this was the best source for all horror happenings. I once had a letter published in the magazine and made the mistake of giving my address. Over a period of a few weeks I received tons of letters from really strange people, including a woman who sent me her panties for some reason. This is must-see Horrorthon viewing!
