I’ve been attending this collector show for the past 20 years and it’s always a blast! It's a great place to pick up bootlegs and collectibles and to see nerds who smell like urine. I’ll be sure to document it this year with lots of pictures of b-movie celebs. A few of the guests and props this year include,

how could you leave out spike from buffy the vampire slayer? he's the headliner as far as i'm concerned.
It must kind of suck to be Brent Spiner. I mean, all Star Trek actors get glued to their Trek roles for good and can't do anything else (with the exception of maybe Patrick Stewart...maybe; Dr. X isn't that much of a stretch from Captain Picard), and they eventually stop even trying and start doing stuff like showing up at collectors' shows. But it always seemed particularly sad for Spiner, who has a weird personality and put out a couple of records, and appeared in Independence Day as a weirdo (probably knowing he'd been typecast), and has now gotten fat and grizzled without ever crossing over into the mainstream.
Interesting how J. J. Abrams seems to have broken that Star Trek curse, too, since Chris Pine is apparently going to play Jack Ryan next.
I called JPX today while he was at this and I was really jealous. Nothing like a good nerd convention, especially with your nerdy buddies from way back. I've only been to this one twice but there were good finds and good times on both occasions.
I hope we get to see some pictures.
