No more Flight of the Conchords

From ew, Sad day, PopWatchers. Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie have announced on the Flight of the Conchords website that there will be no season three of the show. The posting said, in part: “While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist.’” See, these guys are hilarious even when issuing statements. So I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of these two!

I guess that's too bad, although I have to admit season 2 wasn't wowing me like the first one was. We were only halfway through it when Horrorthon started, so I still have to watch the second disc, but I thought it took three or four episodes to get as funny as season 1.

I wholly agree Octopunk! Actually I love FOTC but put it in the same category as A Mighty Wind - the soundtrack somehow bests the movie/show. (I haven't heard FOTC's 2nd album yet though, been meaning to pick it up.)

This make me sad though, I think I might miss Murray most of all.
