I's A Scared
The fact that JPX hasn't posted any new posts today is freakin' me out!
Don't be scared! It was a weird day and I had to go to a meeting across town. Also, there really wasn't very much news to report. JPX will be adding new and interesting items soon!
In The Stand ("Complete and Uncut Edition"), after the end of the world, one of the survivors is hanging around waiting for something, reading a comic book. It's a "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" comic. And he thinks about how Batman is the kind of comic book character "you could at least kind of get behind," while the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, on the other hand, couldn't help but make you feel like humanity was really asking for the apocalypse.
Besides Horrorthon, another loony game JPX and JSP started (and I later got in on) involved whipping up an Archie story based on one keyword suppied by one of the others. We should post some of those.

I'm glad jpx switched his avatar from Archie to Jughead.
I'm not a fan of the Harvey Comics universe, but Jughead is at least a character I can kind of get behind. Archie's an idiot.
Do I have that right? Or is Harvey Comics just Casper and Richie Rich?
I just checked Wikipedia and I did have it wrong. Archie is published by Archie Comics.
Kind of like how the Rolling Stones have their own label called Rolling Stones Records.
Yeah, Harvey Comics is a terrible universe! Casper, Hot Stuff, bleeech!
I stole that line from Stephen King.

Thank God! Now I can sleep tonight, the world is right again...

Hey Octo, do you still have those stories? JSP and I wanted to submit them to Archie online!
